Jochen Hippenstiel is Reitlehr FN which is a
Master Trainer in Germany
Currently
the Chief Trainer at Temple Farms, Wadsworth, Illinois since June
2002. He is a native of Germany and two-time German National
Champion as a Junior rider. Jochen was a student of Harry
Boldt, Herbert Rehbein, Willi Schultheiss and Klaus Balkenhol.
He has many Grand Prix horses to his training credit that have had
successes in the Olympics and in World Cup competitions. He
has trained riders of the Australian National Team and was the
National Coach of Dressage in Luxembourg. His students
include Pia Laus (Italy) who was successful in the World Cup and
the Olympics, Fausto Puccini (Italy) Olympics, Pierre Rossy
(Luxembourg)-European Championships, and Elke Ackemans (World
Champion of Students) and Linda Leffingwell (Intermediare 2
Champion for USDF Region 2 this year). Jochen has won
numerous Grand Prixs and Grand Prix Specials at CDIs, including
the Grand Prix Special at Saumur, France. He competed in the
European Championships in 1992 and is a member of the German
Trainer Team. He is a Reitlehr FN, Which is a Master Trainer
in Germany that takes 15 years to complete. He graduated
from this with well-known trainers Conrad Schumacher and Gerhard
Politz.
Jochen is very willing to teach any horse/rider combination
that is dedicated to improving themselves. He is very
interested in making each horse and rider "as good as they
can be". He really enjoys seeing improvements especially from
ride to ride or clinic to clinic.
This clinic was 45 minute private sessions.

Briar Fox Farm will provide top quality dressage clinics at most of
our schooling shows. The show &
clinic format offers a maximum experience for improvement. You can
take a clinic on Friday evening before the show, show on Saturday morning,
and take another clinic session or two on Sat. afternoon or
