We
have found a way to help reward our loyal, repeat
competitors! Every rider likes to try for awards and
Championship Titles. For just one ride, you will have
an opportunity to ride in the Open show, compete for
USDF/USEF awards, enter Jack Pot Cash Classes and qualify
for the Regional Championships. Additionally, you can
nominate to be in the 2010 I-35 Series Challenge.
Enter the I-35 Series Classes in the April 10-11 Show, again
in the July Show and then attend the I-35 Series
Final at the Sep. 4-5 Show. A minimum investment of
$6 qualifies you to compete in the I-35 Series Finals held
at the Fall Show on Sep 4-5. The total investment
could be as low as $12 to have a chance to earn the Title of
"I-35 Series Challenge Champion 2010" in the level of your
choice.I-35 SERIES CHALLENGE 2010:
The Fourth Annual Show...the I-35 Series
Championship culminates with the Finals (Championship
classes) at the BFF Labor Day Dressage Show. There are
no qualifying scores needed to participate in the Series
Challenge. To be eligible to enter, Horse/Rider
combinations must show in at least one of the two preceeding
BFF Dressage Shows (April 10-11, 2010 and/or July 17-18,
2010). How To Enter:
Preliminary Challenge Rounds: Each competitor will
enter and ride in al least 1 test at the same level each
day. Use the 2010 Entry Form to enter the I-35 Series
Challenge and indicate your class choices with a "I35".
Include a $3 qualifying fee with each I-35 Series Challenge
Class. Challenge Championship Sept 4-5,
2010: The Challenge Championship Round will
consist of test 1 (Saturday and test 2 (Sunday) of the level
that each participant is competing in. The qualifying fee of
$3.00 applies for Championship classes also. On the
entry form indicate the class with "I35C".
Fees: Open Show Class Fees plus an additional fee
of $3 per class for Intro Level thru Fourth.
USEF/USDF Rules and Memberships: are in effect and
required just as in the Open Show. Scores earned in I-35
Series Challenge classes may be counted towards USEF/USDF
year end awards, medals and all listed qualifying classes
held at this show. One ride; many opportunities.
Scoring: Champion will be determined
by combining the scores of the 2 Championship classes.
Tests: may be read for Intro thru Fourth
Level. Whips are allowed in all
levels Awards: I-35 Series Challenge
Champions for each level (division if warranted) will
receive a gold neck ribbon (a monogrammed stable sheet
if entries warrant). Reserve & 3rd place finishers will
receive a silver and bronze neck ribbon respectively.
Awards Ceremony: The ceremony will take
place on Sunday afternoon following the conclusion of the
Championship rides & all I-35 Series Challenge scores
have been calculated. There will be photo opts &
riders are requested to attend in their riding attire.
Horse attendence is preferred but optional.
